Tripartite Evangel Aid Mission—TEAM is a development mission Organization, with a focus on transforming humanity holistically. Sending forth missionaries and development personnel to plant Churches and do development work in the rural and urban districts.
Vision
To see people live to their full potential.
Mission
Leading people to a life of holistic abundance
Motto
Conceive + Impact + Transform
Life for most people is meant to be endured and not enjoyed, this has given room for many believers to say "This world is not my home, I'm just passing through,” as much as this statement is true, it is wrong to fold our hands giving little attention to this life and focusing on life in the hereafter.
Negligence to life is the lot of many believers today, their body especially is not attended to; they claim to be enjoying their spiritual life. History has shown that a great many destinies which could have been a blessing to the body of Christ for a longer period were cut shot through negligence to the wellbeing of the body. This negligence to life in the body of Christ began to give birth to a great ministry in the heart of the founder of Tripartite Evangel Aid Mission—TEAM.
In 2004 TheShepherd began a work called "The discipleship class" using his living room in Jos Plateau State Nigeria for fellowship, before this class he volunteered his service to ministries like Fellowship of Christian Students, Peace House—Living Seed Ministry and Calvary ministries—CAPRO, by 2005 Shadrach began to do ministry at the headquarters of Evangelical Church Winning All—ECWA under SIM—Sudan Interior Mission now Serving In Mission and by 2007 he became the head of unit at ECWA headquarters, the national coordinator of LCA an interfaith ministry under SIM and the Nigerian coordinator for 30days international yet there was always a prompting in his spirit of a greater mission.
As TheShepherd Loho-u-Ter continued to broaden his vision through experience, certain scriptures that would form the basis and foundation of his ministry began to come more alive,
“…I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.” John 10:10 (The Message)
May God himself, the God who makes everything holy and whole, make you holy and whole, put you together — spirit, soul, and body — and keep you fit for the coming of our Master, Jesus Christ. 24 The One who called you is completely dependable. If he said it, he'll do it! 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24 (The Massage)
Workouts in the gymnasium are useful, but a disciplined life in God is far more so, making you fit both today and forever. 1 Tim 4:8-9 (The Massage)
…It is more blessed to give than to receive. Acts 20: 25
The Bible is very clear that attention should be given to the spirit, soul and body, but is very rare that you see a Christian fellowship giving attention to the totality of people as the Bible teaches it should be. Before an international audience near Nairobi in Kenya Shadrach ministered and taught the audience how important being physically fit was to ministry and one of the participants asked if we were in a beauty class, indicating that spirituality has nothing to do with our physical fitness. Without getting discouraged Shadrach began to practice this wholistic care teaching in his household.
In 2007 during a lecture in Jos ECWA Theological Seminary JETS by Rev Ebere Ukah; TheShepherd Loho-u-Ter heard the word Tripartite and since then all the Lord had been ministering to him about this wholistic ministry began to unfold in his mind clearer and clearer.
Shadrach began to share the vision with friends while he was in the seminary in Jos Plateau state Nigeria. On Tuesday 7th September 2010 at Dr David Iordaah's House in Makurdi Benue State Nigeria at about 7:00 pm, Shadrach shared his vision with friends and family and was prayed for by Rev Jen T. Moses to carry out his God-given vision.

Creativity
We believe that creativity is from God; therefore anyone with creative ideas; who seeks to achieve excellence can attain anything in life to the maximum no matter the obstacles.
Job 32:8 KJV
…there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding.
Commitment
We believe that any individual who is committed to his or her ideas and goals is on the way to achievement.
Proverbs 10:4 KJV
He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich.
Consistency
We believe that any individual who is committed and consistent to achieving his or her goals no matter the tides and storms of life will surely attain them to the maximum.
Habakkuk 2:3 KJV
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end, it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Consummation
We believe that all our efforts as human beings are useless if we do not get to our desired goal. Therefore “Creativity, Commitment and Consistency bring about a Consummation of all Efforts” (Loho-u-Ter Terungwa Shadrach).
Proverbs 13:4 KJV
The soul of the sluggard desireth, and hath nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.

- Scriptures
We believe the Holy Bible with sixty-six Books is the inspired Word of God, without any fault in the original writings. (2 Timothy 3: 16; 2 Peter 1: 21; 1 Corinthians 2:13)
- God
We believe in one God, Preserver of all things, infinite in being and perfection, existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, who are co-equal and co-eternal. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; Hebrews 1:1-13)
- Jesus Christ
We believe in the virgin Birth of Jesus Christ, and that He is true God and man. He lived a perfect, sinless life. He died on the cross for our sins and rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven where He sits at the right hand of the Father advocating for us as our High Priest. ( Luke 2:3-35; Philippians 2: 5-8; 1 Corinthians 15: 1-4; Hebrews 1:3; 1 John 2: 1-2)
- Holy Spirit
We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the God-head who gives new life to persons who were dead in sin and trespasses but are now exercise saving faith in Jesus Christ (Romans 8:11; John 6:63a); He resides in everyone who truly believes in Jesus Christ (John 14:16,17; Romans 8:9,11,15; 1 Corinthians 6:19); places every true believer in the body of Christ, joining each believer to in a supernatural union (1 Corinthians 12:13; Galatians 3:26,27; Romans 6:3,4); His presence in the believer is a mark of ownership that is eternally placed on him or her (Ephesians 1: 13,14; 4:30); and fills those who believe (2 Corinthians 3:18; Ephesians 5:18; Galatians 5:16,22-25; Colossians 3:17 Acts 4:31). He directs; instruct; and gives spiritual abilities for service in the vineyard. (John 3:3-6; 1 Corinthians 6:19; 12:13; Ephesians 5:18; Acts 1:8)
- Angels
God originally created sinless spirit beings messengers called angels, to help his people but one (Satan) sinned through pride deceiving other spirit beings along with him. They are now his agents known as demons. (Isaiah 14:12-17, Ezek. 28:11-19; 1 Tim. 3:6)
- Man/Woman
We believe that man/woman is created in the image of God as a Tripartite being (Spirit, Soul and Body) but in Adam, all human beings fell into sin and are sinners by nature and deed. All humans are hopeless without God, but His grace gives us hope. (Genesis 1:26, 27; 2:17; 6:5; Romans 3:10-19; John 3:6, 16)
- Salvation
We believe that salvation is the free gift of God, and all human beings can have salvation if they have faith in and receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and personal Saviour. (Acts 4:12; John 3:5; 2 Corinthians 2:21; John 1:12; Romans 5:8; John 2:18; John 3:18)
- The Church
The Church is the Body and Bride of Christ with the local church intended to be a local organized representation of the mystical Body of Christ, and only true believers in Christ are part of it. (Eph.1:22-23; 1Cor.l2:13; Phil. 1:1; Eph. 1:20-23; 4:3- 10, 30; Col. 3:14-15)
- Ordinances
We believe that baptism is by immersion and that the Lord's Supper is a memorial to His suffering and death on the cross. These are ordinances to be observed by the church in its present time. They are however not to be regarded as a means for people's salvation, but the means to strengthen the believer spiritually and to be a public witness to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. (Matt.28:19; Luke. 22:19-20; Acts 8:36-38; 10:47-48; 16:32; 18:7-8; 1Cor.11:23-26)
- Christian Life and Service
Men and Women are saved to do good works (Eph.2:10; Titus 3:8) and faith without works is dead (James 2:17). We are therefore called to the service of spreading the Gospel of peace to the whole world. The Holy Spirit gives us diverse spiritual gifts to enable us to serve God better, that at the judgment seat of Christ, we will give account and receive rewards for our faithful service. (Acts l: 8; l Cor. 3:12-15; 2 C or. 12; 4-11; Eph. 4:11; 1 Pet.1:15-16)
- Spiritual Gifts
The Holy Spirit gives believers gifts as He desires. These gifts are meant to edify the Church and for service to the glory of God. God has given for the building up of the Church these gifts among others: word of wisdom; word of knowledge; faith; healing; miracles; prophecy; discerning of spirits; divers kinds of tongues; interpretation of tongues; apostles; prophets; evangelists; pastors/teachers; exhortation; mercy; giving and administration. (Rom. 12:6, 8; I Corinthians 12:4-11, 28; Eph. 4:11)
- The Blessed Hope
We believe in the personal, bodily, imminent, and return of the Lord Jesus Christ. We also believe in the rapture of all believers, both living and dead. Our hope in His Second Coming inspires us to a dynamic and zealous life of service for Him while waiting for His return. (John. 14:1-3; I Cor. 15:51-52; 1Thess 4:13-18; Titus 2:11-14; 2 Pet. 3:11)
- The Tribulation
A period of divine judgment shall come upon the whole world at the end times; we are thus getting closer to this time of judgment. (Matt. 24:15-21; Jer. 30:7; Dan. 9:27; Rev. 6:1-17; 19:21b)
- The Resurrection
We believe in the bodily resurrection of the dead, the everlasting blessedness of the saved in heaven, and the everlasting punishment and separation from God of the unsaved in hell. (John. 11:25-26; Luke16:19-26; 23:42; 1Cor.15:20-22; 2 Cor. 5:8; 2 Thess. 1:7-9; Rev.20: ll-15)
