TheShepherd Loho-u-Ter Shadrach serves as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for LEADS Theological Seminary, Tripartite Evangel Aid Missions, and The Shepherd’s Thrive House Synergy Limited. His commitment to strive to make others thrive stems from his dynamic personality traits.

His educational background covers various fields, beginning with technical training in Carpentry and Joinery, followed by Architecture studies through direct organizational training. Additionally, he holds two certificates in Cross-Cultural Relationships from institutions in Kenya and Nigeria.

Furthermore, Shadrach’s academic achievements include a National Diploma in Fine and Applied Arts, a degree in Education, and a Master of Arts in Leadership and Administration. He is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Educatonal Leadership and Administration to enhance his expertise as a speaker, ghostwriter and coach in leadership, relationships, authorship, and fitness-ship.

As an accomplished author, Shadrach has published over 40 books, solidifying his reputation as a certified author. Personally, he finds fulfilment in his marriage to Salome and cherishes the role of being a father to Shalman and Sharon, who serve as a source of inspiration in his pursuit of excellence.
